We have a 10-stage, "state-of-the-art" filtration system, monitored daily by our highly trained staff. Our filtration system is approved, certified and monitored by the State of California Public Health Department.
Our water source comes from the Colorado River. Then it is processed through Otay water district Reverse Osmosis on larger scale where then we receive at our location and process it in a much smaller scale through our reverse osmosis system directly to our customers. - Water treatment process: 3,000 gallon per day reverse osmosis system.

Purified Water
Reverse osmosis (RO) is a water purification process that uses a semi-permeable membrane to separate water molecules from other substances. RO can remove dissolved or suspended chemical species as well as biological substances (principally bacteria).
Alkaline Water
Alkaline water reverse osmosis systems filter water to remove contaminants, then often include a remineralization or alkalization stage to increase the pH and mineral content, resulting in alkaline water. Minerals added are Magnesium, Calcium and Potassium.
